TPU Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a flexible protective film designed to protect automotive paint from stone chips, scratches, UV exposure, road debris and everyday environmental contaminants. TECHLON TPU PPF uses thermoplastic polyurethane as the core substrate and is available in clear, matte, gloss and color finishes for different market requirements.

Yes. Our Nano Ceramic and Sputter window films achieve up to 99% IR rejection (780–2500nm) and 99.9% UV protection, drastically lowering cabin temperatures without interfering with 5G, GPS, or RFID signals.

How does the auto heat-activated self-healing feature work on PPF?
TECHLON TPU PPF uses a heat-activated self-healing surface. Minor surface scratches and swirl marks can recover when exposed to approximately 60–80°C heat, such as sunlight or warm water. The actual recovery effect depends on the depth and type of the scratch.
