Sputter window tint film (auto window tint film) is a premium solar-control film manufactured through magnetron sputtering (PVD) technology. In a high-vacuum chamber, nano-scale metal and dielectric layers are deposited onto optical-grade PET film, forming a dense multi-layer reflective stack that mirrors solar heat away from the cabin — unlike dyed or ceramic films that mainly absorb heat.
