Nano Hydrophobic Top Coat
Lotus-leaf effect — water, bird droppings and grime bead up and roll off. Water contact angle ≥ 110°. Self-cleaning and acid-rain resistant.
Self-Healing Layer
Fine swirl marks and wash scratches vanish with heat at 60–80 °C — sunlight or hot water. No polishing needed.
Color TPU Core — 7.5 mil Color fused inside
Aliphatic TPU (Wanhua / Covestro / Lubrizol / BASF). Color pigments fused into the substrate — never peel, fade or whiten at edges. Anti-yellowing ΔE < 0.5.
PSA Adhesive — Ashland
Low-tack acrylic PSA. Repositionable during wet-stick install, then bonds firmly. Peels off residue-free without damaging factory clear coat.
PET Release Liner
Keeps adhesive clean from factory to install. Peeled off at install time for a clean, bubble-free bond.

Color TPU PPF (Colored Paint Protection Film) is a high-performance automotive film that combines full paint protection with color customization in a single layer. Unlike vinyl wraps — where color is a surface coating that can lift and fade — TECHLON’s Colored PPF uses aliphatic TPU as the base material with color permanently fused inside. Q: How long does it take to ship after I place an order?
