Q1. What is your MOQ?

For standard products, the MOQ is usually 1 roll, so you can start with low risk. For OEM/ODM orders with custom size or color, the MOQ is higher and negotiable — contact us and we will tailor a plan to your market.

Q2. Do you provide OEM / ODM and private label?

Yes. We provide complete private label programs including custom release-liner logo, paper core, color box design, specification tailoring and technical support — everything you need to build and protect your own brand.

Q3. Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Free sample rolls or sample sheets are available for quality testing, with a lead time of 1–3 days; custom samples take 5–7 business days. Sample fees are refunded when you place a bulk order.

Q4. What warranty do you offer?

PPF up to 10 years, window film up to 10 years, and vinyl film up to 5 years depending on the series. Coverage includes anti-yellowing, delamination, edge lifting, coating integrity and safe removal under normal use and proper installation.

Q5. What certificates do your products have?

Our films comply with EU RoHS (2011/65/EU & (EU) 2015/863) with test report ST20260727003, and our factory is ISO 9001 certified with SGS and REACH compliance. Certificates are available upon request.

Q6. How do you guarantee delivery?

We cooperate with reliable forwarders and support sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight and express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) under FOB, CIF, EXW and DDP terms. Stock orders ship in 3–5 business days; custom orders in 10–15 business days.
